Sodium Phosphate Monohydrate, also known as disodium hydrogen phosphate monohydrate, is a chemical readily soluble in water.
**Chemical Formula:** Na₂HPO₄·H₂O
**Appearance:** White crystalline solid.
**Uses:**
**Food additive:** Used as an acidity regulator in food products like cheeses, processed meats, and bakery goods.
**Food and beverage industry:** Serves as emulsifier, and nutrient supplement in food products.
