Magnesium chloride is an inorganic compound consisting of magnesium and chlorine ions. It is a naturally occurring mineral found in seawater, as well as in mineral deposits known as brine wells.

Uses:

• Pharmaceuticals: Used in bath salts and topical solutions for its potential therapeutic benefits, such as muscle relaxation, stress relief, and skin conditioning.

• Nutraceuticals: Magnesium chloride supplements are sometimes used to replenish magnesium levels in the body, as magnesium is an essential mineral involved in numerous biochemical processes.

• Concrete Additive: As a concrete additive, magnesium chloride is employed to accelerate the setting and hardening of cementitious materials.
